01 Send your inquiry
Fill out the inquiry form with a few details about the two of you, your wedding date, location, and what you’re envisioning. I’ll personally look through everything and get back to you with my availability, collection details, and next steps.
02 Let's talk about your day
We’ll go over your wedding plans, what matters most to you, and what you want the day to feel like. We can chat over email or schedule a call if you’d prefer, whatever feels easiest for you. This is also the perfect time to ask questions and make sure everything feels right before moving forward.
03 Make it official
When you’re ready to book, a 50% retainer is required to reserve your date. Once your payment is received, I’ll send over your contract, remaining invoice, payment receipt, and wedding questionnaire. After your contract is signed, you’re officially booked and we can start planning for your day.
04 Plan the details
About three months before your wedding, we’ll start going over all the details together: your timeline, priorities, family photos, and the moments that matter most to you. Afterward, you’ll receive your personalized Wedding Photography Guide, bringing everything we’ve discussed together with guidance for the day.
05 Your wedding day
It’s finally here! I’ll send you a quick message that morning, then stay in touch with your designated contact for anything I need throughout the day. I’ll arrive early, get settled, and take it from there so you can be present. I’ll guide when needed, keep an eye on our timeline, and document everything as it naturally unfolds.
06 Relive your day
Your first sneak peeks will arrive within 72 hours, followed by your full wedding gallery within 6 to 8 weeks. Every image is carefully selected and edited so you can come back to the people, the moments, and everything that made the day yours.
